EN SUITE UPDATE | JUNE 2023

Our customer wanted to start over fresh with a full gut and update of their primary suite in this home built almost 30 years ago. While they had zero complaints about the footprint of this space, it was time for a refresh. We worked with the owner to pick out a show stopping statement tile for the garden tub surround, and beautiful marble tile for the floors and shower walls. Fixture finishes included the all popular, polished nickel and brass combination. As we wrapped up the primary suite, it became a no brainer for them to add in their secondary bathroom for a quick refresh with new grainte countertops and matching painted cabinetry to allow both bathrooms to compliment eachother.

WELCOME BACK! | JUNE 2023

The sweetest family SO eager to get back home to Hondo after moving away for a few years… found the perfect spot that just wasn’t quite PERFECT. This 1980’s home had recieved superb maintenance and necessary updates over its 42 year life, but screaming for a new primary and secondary bath, ADIOS TO POPCORN CEILINGS, fresh coat of paint, and some new flooring in kitchen. The most exciting and drastic update was the primary bathroom which is showcased above. In the design phase, we quickly realized in order to make this space more functional, we would need to expand the bath into bedroom for some much needed squarefootage for a larger shower, as well as space for a true double vanity, and linen cabinet. Staying true to Hondo… or maybe just becuase it is a great accent color, navy was an easy pick for the double vanity in this bathroom. To wrap up, new flooring and paint in kitchen and secondary bathrooms were the perfect refresh, as well as updating lighting throughout the home. Take a look at the before photos of primary bath above!

LISBON | AUGUST 2022

This 1920’s charmer caught the eye of our client, who wanted to breathe new life into this house in Castroville, Tx. We greatly accepted the challenge! We began this project from the ground up, updating electrical and plumbing where needed, and refinishing all original wood flooring throughout the home, and wrapping up with updated tile in bathrooms. We had a very large kitchen to work with and kept one wall of existing cabinetry, then added a new island, as to not remove ALL of the character this home had to offer. New countertops, and appliances tied this newly renovated kitchen together. Both bathrooms of main home also received full updates, as well as a larger shower and double vanity for the primary suite. This project also featured a detached casita at the rear of home; new flooring, mini-split HVAC, and a small kitchenette wrapped up that part of project. Exterior work not completed by BR Concepts. Photos included to show project in entirely for client
