LANDSCAPES

the two in one | April 2021

This was an exciting and unique project. Our customer requested a complete overhaul of their landscape, or lack their of. He had recently built a home for his mother, and wanted a one of a kind, outdoor living space that connected both of their homes. This project began with over 200 yards of dirt to regrade the entire yard, and build up a few berms in which we planted several different evergreen trees. All new grass, full irrigation system, a unique pergola, and flowerbeds with low maintenance varieties in an organized planting scheme.

spanish courtyard | Spring 2020

This homeowner had an idea, and a need for a clear direction with the revitalization of her courtyard. Our team handpicked the perfect tile for the centerpiece of this design deep in the heart of Mexico, along with the one of a kind oversized pots to compliment the tile perfectly. This project was multi-phased to include re-mulching of existing beds, the addition of low maintenance rock beds at the back (with plants to be added at later phase) and trimming up the beautiful live oak tree in the back yard.

DOC’S PLACE | JANUARY 2020

The homeowners came to us discouraged with the poor soil conditions in their front yard, an overwhelming amount of hackberry trees, and an ample amount of weeds invading the front yard. In order to deliver a landscape that would match the beauty of this home, our team had to take drastic measures! We removed 9 hackberry trees over 25’ in height and brought in 40 yards of sandy loam topsoil for the front yard.  We also provide the customer with a geo pave extension to their driveway which allowed them to park two cars side by side. Lastly, we provided, fully landscape beds, fresh cut zoysia sod, and masonry chop-block edging.

BUBBA’S PATIO | June 2018

In this design-build project, we were tasked with a space that lacked identity and usage. The homeowners desired a place to entertain, relax, and spend time with their friends and family. Our team delivered over 70 linear feet of seat walls, 1200 square feet of Oklahoma stone patio space, a fire pit area, and a concrete slab for the spa.

YELLOW COTTAGE | NOVEMBER 2019

On this landscape renovation project our team delivered a full landscape package, including beds, trees, irrigation, sod, decomposed granite driveway, and stepping stone path way. We were able to provide the homeowner with more room for parking and a create cottage style landscape, as requested.

CALLAWAY CASA | MAY 2020

The Callaway project started with a complete removal of overgrown vegetation surrounding the front of their home. Once the site was clear, installation of double and single stacked limestone edger began, to compliment the architecture of the home. 30 yards of topsoil were brought in to level the site and fill in the newly installed beds, along with a full irrigation system and Zoyzia sod. We used an organized planting style to bring this yard to life with Magnolia, Arizona cypress, and Italian cypress trees, flax lily, bulbine, and bi-color iris. This front yard truly came to life once this phase was complete. Stay tuned for the backyard transformation that is currently taking place!

MLB’S | JULY 2019

This complete transformation started with an enormous tree pruning project that included 16 mature Live Oak Trees. Once complete, our team refaced all landscaped beds with new mulch, Texas Blend river gravel, and new plants. To complete the project we added drip irrigation to the circle drive rock garden, and xeriscaped the beds.

DON & SARA’S | OCTOBER 2019

This project showcased the largest GEOPAVE® Porous Pavement System driveway that our team has ever installed! The scope of this project included the 1500+ sqft driveway surrounded by chop block edging, Zoysia sod and fully landscaped beds. Our home owners goal was to create more parking, and create a low maintenance yard.

THE RANCH HOUSE | JUNE 2020

With a vision to bring the native hill country to this ranch house, our team used limestone boulders, Texas aggregates, and native trees and plants to bring this project to life. This project featured full irrigation in front and back yard, 19 pallets of Tiftuf Bermuda sod, driveway/parking pad with chop-block edger, a naturalistic retaining wall, various Texas aggregates, and a GEOPAVE® Porous Pavement System walkway to tie it all together..
